SCHOOL SUPPLY LIST

School Supply List for the 2024-25 School Year 

 

Kindergarten

  • backpack large enough to enclose a 9” x 12” folder (no wheels) 
  • Ten .25 ounce glue sticks that go on purple (not large sticks) 
  • three boxes of Crayola 8-count large crayons (not jumbo) 
  • one box of tissues and one roll of paper towels
  • Water bottle

 

First Grade

  • backpack large enough to enclose a 9” x 12” folder (no wheels) 
  • eight glue sticks 
  • one plastic pencil box (with student’s name on it)
  • one box of 8 count Washable Crayola markers (fat markers)
  • one box of 24-count Crayola crayons
  • one box of Crayola colored pencils (sharpened)
  • one box of sharpened, wooden pencils 
  • six large pink erasers 
  • one pair of blunt-tip scissors 
  • two boxes of tissues 
  • One roll of clear tape
  • Four dry erase expo markers 
  • One bottle of Hand Sanitizer
  • Three Plastic folders with pockets and brads (one should be heavy enough to last all year as daily take home folder)
  • Three Plastic folders with pockets and NO brads
  • Two large empty cereal boxes
  • Two empty shoe boxes
  • One 2 inch binder with clear view pocket cover (any color)
  • Water bottle with a carabiner clip

 

Second Grade

  • backpack large enough to enclose a 9” x 12” folder (no wheels) 
  • three plastic folders with pockets and brads (clips to hold paper in the middle)
  • one pack of wide-ruled notebook paper 
  • three wide-ruled composition books (pages do not tear out) 
  • two small (.25 oz.) purple glue sticks 
  • one package of at least 12 sharpened, wooden pencils (Ticonderoga brand) 
  • one box of 12-count colored pencils 
  • one box of 12-count broad line (wide tip) washable markers
  • one box of 24-count crayons
  • one pair of scissors (small) 
  • two boxes of tissues 
  • two rolls of paper towels 
  • two large pink school erasers
  • Soft pencil pouch large enough to hold all their supplies – markers, pencils, erasers, scissors, glue etc. 
  • Refillable Water bottle with a carabiner clip

 

Third Grade

  • Backpack large enough to enclose 9”x 12” folder no wheels
  • Two composition notebooks
  • Two strong plastic folder with pockets and brads
  • Two regular folders with pockets and brads
  • 1 pack wide ruled notebook paper
  • Handheld whiteboard with a handle 8” x 6” (Dollar Store)
  • 2 or more glue sticks
  • One bottle of liquid glue
  • One box of 24 count crayons
  • One box of colored pencils
  • Three pkgs of 12 sharpened, wooden pencils (Ticonderoga Brand)
  • One box washable markers
  • Large eraser
  • One pair blunt-tip scissors
  • One box of tissues and one roll of paper towels
  • 3 ring binder (at least 1 1/2”)
  • Soft sided pencil pouch- not hard plastic box
  • 2 thin whiteboard markers
  • 2 red pens
  • Water bottle with a carabiner clip
  • One skinny pool noodle(to be used for a Medieval Day)

 

Fourth Grade

  • Backpack large enough to enclose a 9” x 12” folder ( no wheels)
  • 1 3-ring binder 2”
  • Subject dividers- 6
  • 2 plastic folders with pockets
  • 4 composition notebooks 
  • 1 pencil pouch soft sided- not hard plastic box
  • 2 boxes of 12 sharpened, wooden pencils (Ticonderoga Brand)
  • 2 boxes of colored pencils- no markers
  • 1 pair of scissors
  • Water bottle with carabiner clip
  • 12 glue sticks
  • 8 thin Expo dry-erase markers
  • 1 pack of college-ruled notebook paper
  • 2 boxes of tissue 
  • 1 or 2 highlighters

 

Fifth Grade

  • Backpack large enough to enclose a 9” x 12” folder (no wheels)
  • 3 plastic folders with pockets and brads
  • 1 3- inch binder
  • Subject dividers (pack of 8)
  • 1 standard-sized plastic pencil box/bag
  • 1 box of colored pencils
  • Handheld whiteboard with a handle 8” x 6” (Dollar Store)
  • 1-2 Thin Dry Erase Markers
  • 3-4 Dry Erase Markers (any size and any color)
  • 1-2 highlighters
  • 2 pens (black or blue ink is preferred)
  • 5 glue sticks
  • 1 pair of Scissors
  • 3 packs of index cards
  • Water bottle with carabiner clip
  • 3 boxes of wooden pencils (Ticonderoga Brand)
  • 3 packs college ruled notebook paper
  • 2 boxes of tissue and 1 roll of paper towels

 

6th-8th Grade 

  • backpack large enough to hold textbooks and binders (no wheels)
  • One soft-sided pencil case
  • four packs of Ticonderoga, sharpened, wooden pencils
  • pencil erasers-1 pack
  • three pink erasers
  • one black heavy plastic folder with pockets
  • one blue heavy plastic folder with pockets
  • one yellow heavy plastic folder with pockets
  • one pack of highlighters
  • one pack of red pens 
  • two packs of black or blue ink pens
  • two packs- white 3 x 5 index cards
  • one 2”-3” binder
  • one pack of fine-tip markers (Crayola)
  • one black Sharpie
  • three packs of college-ruled lined paper
  • three boxes of tissues
  • water bottle
  • Prisma colored pencils (12 colors)

 

9th-12th Grade

In addition to this suggested list, students may receive notice of additional needed items during the first week of school for their individual teachers (located in course syllabus). 

  • backpack large enough to hold textbooks and binders (no wheels)
  • three ring binder 

 

    • (1) large 3-ring binder with dividers to accommodate all subjects or several small 3-ring binders to accommodate individual subjects
  • basic pocket folders
  • 2 packs of lined notebook paper 
  • Spiral bound notebook
  • Composition notebook for Commonplace Colloquy entries
  • pencils, erasers, & pens (pencils are the most needed daily supply item)
  • highlighters 
  • 2 boxes of tissues (delivered to your student’s homeroom)
