FAMILY ENGAGEMENT
Parents and families are an essential part of the Logos Academy community. Because we believe that a participatory family is critical to what we do during the school day, all families are encouraged to volunteer. There are many opportunities for service and participation such as:
- visiting the classroom
- joining your student for lunch or chapel
- volunteering at school events*
- chaperoning field trips*
- serving as a crossing guard*
- reading to the classroom*
- tutoring students*
- recess monitor, lunch monitor, food prep, kitchen utility*
- serving on annual and/or seasonal committees (may require clearances)

The family engagement packet must be completed for all volunteers. Instructions for obtaining clearances are included in the packet. The packet is not currently available for download from our app. You must download from our website at logosyork.org

Logos Family Partners
Much of Logos Academy’s accomplishments depend on family support. Our Logos Family Partners consists of a group of parents and other family members dedicated to serving our school by organizing events and activities to encourage community among our families. If you are interested in serving on this team or finding out more information, please contact Ang Clark at ang.clark@logosyork.org or call 717-848-9835, ext. 135.
Logos Academy will utilize our Facebook page and our Wednesday Weekly Update (via email) to keep families up to date on ongoing events and activities supported by Logos Family Partners.
